uwazni.org.pl panel terms

Effective from 6 November 2026

This is a translation for information purposes. The binding version is the Polish Regulamin panelu. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

§ 1. Who runs the panel

  1. The uwazni.org.pl panel ("Panel") is run by TGV Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Niepodległości 54/34, 02-626 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw under number 0000534661, tax ID (NIP) 5213684806, share capital PLN 5,000 ("Operator").
  2. Contact with the Operator: pomoc@uwazni.org.pl.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Panelist: a natural person who has created an account in the Panel.
  2. Task: reading an article, browsing a page or website or watching a video, with the freedom to click on elements that interest the Panelist, sometimes followed by a short survey.
  3. Balance: the total of remuneration for accepted Tasks and bonuses, in Polish zloty.

§ 3. Who can join

  1. Any adult living in Poland with an email address and a phone number may become a Panelist.
  2. One person may have one account. The Panelist provides true data in the profile and updates it when it changes.
  3. The specialist group (doctors, pharmacists) can be joined after the licence to practise is verified.

§ 4. Sign-up and account

  1. Signing up to the Panel requires an email address and acceptance of these Terms. Before the first Task the Panelist confirms their phone number with an SMS code and completes the profile.
  2. Participation in the Panel is free and voluntary. The Panelist may terminate the agreement and delete the account at any time by writing to pomoc@uwazni.org.pl or in the account settings once available. Termination takes effect when the account is deleted.
  3. The agreement to participate in the Panel is concluded for an indefinite period when the sign-up is confirmed.
  4. A Panelist who is a consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by sending a statement to pomoc@uwazni.org.pl. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient. The Operator pays in full the remuneration for Tasks completed before withdrawal.

§ 5. Tasks

  1. The Operator sends invitations to Tasks matching the Panelist's profile. The number of invitations is not guaranteed.
  2. Before starting a Task the Panelist sees its description, expected duration and pay rate. Participation in each Task is voluntary.
  3. Tasks are carried out in a browser, without installing software. Measurement covers only the duration of the Task and the tested page.
  4. During a Task the Panelist uses the page naturally and may click on elements that interest them. The Panelist does not click on ads and does not enter personal data in forms on the tested page unless the Task description expressly requires it.
  5. Content shown in Tasks may be confidential, for example before publication. The Panelist does not share it with third parties or record it.

§ 6. Remuneration and payouts

  1. For each accepted Task the Panelist receives the remuneration stated before the Task started.
  2. A Task is accepted after automated quality control. A Task may be rejected if no real attention was shown (for example the tab was inactive or the answer to a check question was wrong) or these Terms were breached. The Panelist is informed of the reason for rejection.
  3. A payout is possible when the Balance is at least PLN 20, by bank transfer, BLIK or as a gift card. The Operator makes the payout within 5 business days of the request.
  4. When an account is deleted, the Operator pays out the entire Balance, including amounts below PLN 20, to the account indicated by the Panelist.
  5. Remuneration may constitute taxable income. The Operator fulfils its reporting and withholding obligations where the law imposes them. Otherwise the Panelist is responsible for settling tax on the remuneration received.

§ 7. Bonuses

  1. Founding members: the first 1,000 Panelists receive a PLN 10 bonus after their first accepted Task, a founder badge and priority for new Tasks.
  2. Referrals: for every person who signs up through the Panelist's link and completes their first 3 accepted Tasks, the Panelist receives PLN 10. Self-referral and spamming the link are not allowed.

§ 8. What is not allowed

  1. Creating more than one account, providing false profile data or using another person's account.
  2. Completing Tasks with automation software, bots or tools that hide the real device or location.
  3. Sharing Task content with third parties.

In case of a breach the Operator may block the account. Remuneration obtained through a breach is not paid out. Balance earned in line with these Terms is paid out.

§ 9. Appeals and complaints

  1. The Panelist may appeal against a Task rejection, account block or other decision of the Operator within 14 days by writing to pomoc@uwazni.org.pl.
  2. Every appeal is reviewed by a person within 14 days of receipt.
  3. A Panelist who is a consumer may seek assistance from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman.

§ 10. Personal data

The rules for processing data are set out in the privacy policy. Companies commissioning studies receive only aggregated results, without Panelists' personal data.

§ 11. Changes to these Terms

The Operator informs Panelists of changes to these Terms by email at least 14 days before they take effect. A Panelist who does not accept the changes may delete the account before that date, and the Operator pays out the entire Balance.

§ 12. Technical requirements and rules of use

  1. The Operator provides the following electronic services: running the Panel account, providing Tasks, contact forms and email information.
  2. Using the Panel requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), an active email address and a phone to receive SMS codes.
  3. The Panelist may not provide unlawful content, including in survey answers and correspondence with the Operator.
  4. Using the internet involves typical risks, such as malware or phishing attempts. The Operator never asks for passwords or SMS codes by email.

§ 13. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of consumers under mandatory provisions of law.
